Annual information
In accordance with the Regulatory Code of the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (FFFS 2007:7), Know IT must compile and present information to the Authority annually.
This information to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority is a document containing or referring to:
- all financial reports, such as annual reports, year-end reports and interim reports, as well as
- other information disclosed, which is of significant importance to the financial position of the company, or otherwise has substantial effect on the company's image.
