Knowit Experience is one of the leading digital agencies in the Nordic region, with a strong focus and competence in data-driven customer experiences. Through the acquisition of the Swedish Salesforce agency 4front, we are now adding further competence and strength.
“Salesforce is one of the most interesting and quickly growing technical platforms for data-driven customer relationships, as regards both functionality and possibilities,” says Kenneth Lyngshede, head of the new CRM offering within Knowit Experience.
“Through the acquisition of the Salesforce agency 4front we are scaling up our offering and can be an even stronger partner to our clients in both Sweden and Norway when it comes to building customer loyalty and relevant data-based customer experiences,” Kenneth continues.
Knowit Experience currently has more than 600 specialists in web, data analytics, e-commerce, design and communication. Knowit Experience is at the intersection between humans and technology, working with solutions to develop and reinforce the interaction with the client’s customer. With the new employees from 4front, the existing offering in CRM is strengthened with 13 Salesforce specialists, leading to a total of around 25 people working with CRM in Sweden and Norway.

The acquisition was performed on 1 July 2019 and the brand 4front will become an integrated part of the business area Knowit Experience within Knowit.
